Is there any workshop for product training?
We can arrange the training by customer, and do not hold the workshop in regular basis.

Need a password to download the operation manual of the product.
You need different password by version for “Operation manual” and “Update Information”. Please fill in the Password Request Form with your information and your AOI serial number. We will inform the password in return.

Can I buy the consumables for discontinued products?
We want to provide the consumables for discontinued products as long as possible.
However the delivery of consumables and maintenance for discontinued products will be out of service at the timing without notice when there is difficulty of procuring necessary parts.

Can you repair the audio system of Marantz.

We are not supporting the audio products of Marantz brand.

Do you export the products to the countries overseas?
Yes. Mek AOI is used in worldwide 47 countries overseas.
I want the evaluation using own PCB. Can we test with Mek AOI or rental of demo machine available?
Yes, it is available. We prepare demo machine and test machine.
Also you can evaluate your PCB and test the machine in our show room.

Can I update the AOI software for free or is it charged service?
You can download from our website for free.
However please be careful that there is limitation depends on OS.
Chargeable service is available that our engineer can support the version up at your site.

Can we operate Mek AOI with Windows PC?
Mek AOI is not compatible with Windows PC.
