Company History
| 1996 | Release model 22X, which is a desktop mounted parts verification equipment. |
| 1997 | M&S is established by spinning-off from Nihon Marantz to develop and manufacture image recognition inspection equipment. Increase in capital to 25 million Yen. Change the company name to M&S Electronics Ltd. |
| 1999 | Increase in capital to 98 million Yen. Release L22X series (in-line type). |
| 2000 | Change the company name to Marantz Electronics Ltd. Release fw series with a digital camera and dPM3400 board partitioning machine. |
| 2002 | Four factories of Nihon Marantz Ltd. are spun off from Nihon Marantz and become part of Marantz Electronics Ltd. Release fv series AOI which is capable of solder fillet inspection. |
