Component inspection and conformal coating inspection with one AOI
White lighting is for component inspection and fiducial recognition.
UV lighting is for conformal coating inspection.
Inspection is possible depend on inspection target by switching UV lighting and
white lighting.

4   Catch System (Optional)

    
 

Catch System collects every information from AOI, and establishes the traceability in the production control

 

Store the inspection result to the database, and possible to confirm the image data.
Possible to improve the production quality by grasping the operation status of each AOI in production line, and by collecting and analyzing the accumulated data.
*Another, Windows PC is required for Catch System

5   Off Line Teaching (Optional)
     
  Create inspection data without stopping AOI

Possible to create inspection data by off-line, with same screen image of AOI.
Debugging operation is possible with OLT by saving NG image right after the inspection.
Suitable to make use for internal training.
* Another Mac PC which has equivalent spec. with AOI PC is required for OLT

Inline type

Dual-side model Features of 2 inspection machines are in one model for efficient inspection.
Auto shutter doors at conveyer entrance and exit prevent the leaking of UV lighting from bottom inspection unit.

Desktop type

Desktop type model which contains same inspection unit and algorithm as inline type.
V22XUV-520 can handle maximum PCB size up to 520x460mm. Area sensor is mounted at PCB eject position as standard.

Speedy inspection by camera moving in X axis and PCB moving in Y axis.

Unit type

Inspection unit can be integrated to top/bottom or both for conveyer construction which allows to build the production facility for each application.
Support USER I/O interface as standard, and possible to output OK/NG signal of inspection result and operation instruction such as inspection start.
