Download service is limited to our customers who own Mek products.

Before downloading materials, it is required that you accept the terms of download agreement. Read following "Download Agreement and Policies" carefully.

By downloading any of software/document, you are deemed to have accepted this agreement.

Marantz Electronics Ltd. reserves the right to post confidential or password protected files on our web site. By downloading files from our site, you are contractually agreeing to all the following terms.

Software download

  1. Alterations, disassembly, decompilation, reverse engineering, or other modifications of the downloadable materials are strictly prohibited.

  2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the authorized site address, account and password. Transfer, lend, and disclosure of the site address, ID, and password of download site is prohibited.

  3. Distribution of any software you download is prohibited.
  4. Software download and installation shall be done by customer responsibility.
Manual and document download

  1. Transfer, lend, and disclosure of the ID and password (provided by Mek) is prohibited.

  2. Distribution of any software you download is prohibited.

Downloading of Instruction Manual is limited to our customers. Each version of manual requires password when you open it.
To receive the password, please fill in the Password Request Form with your information and your AOI serial number. We will inform the password in return.
