Features 01
Improved on-site environment due to reduced dust (when equipped with UV laser)
UV lasers are damage-free and generate significantly less dust during marking, which has the advantage of improving the on-site environment compared to CO2 lasers, eliminating the need for high-performance dust collectors. This also reduces the frequency of filter replacement for dust collectors, reducing maintenance costs.

Equipped with an 8 megapixel camera and white lighting, it allows for easy marking settings based on high-quality images of the entire board.
It is equipped with various functions that use the camera, such as double printing check before printing and reading test after printing.

Prevents mistakes by position correction, face recognition, and setting direction confirmation
It is possible to check the surface recognition function and board setting direction using images.
Before laser marking, the reference mark is recognized and the position is corrected, preventing misalignment of the marking position.

Double-sided printing possible by flipping the board
The board flipping mechanism is configured to rotate in the center directly under the laser, and after printing on one side, the board is flipped over and laser printed on the back side.
When ejecting the board, you can specify which side should be ejected as the top.

Easy Teaching
Free operation like an appearance inspection machine. Camera movement and print position specification can be easily set by dragging the mouse.
Printing conditions are stored in a library, significantly reducing teaching time. Furthermore, the touch panel compatibility improves workability and efficiency on-site.
It is equipped with a function that allows you to read coordinates from the board design data and specify the printing position.

Offline Teaching
Inspection data can be created without stopping the inspection equipment. Inspection data can be created offline on the same screen as the inspection equipment.
Immediately after inspection, defective images are automatically saved, allowing debugging work to be performed on the OLT (not applicable to the X02W).
It can also be used for in-house training purposes.
*A separate PC equivalent to the inspection machine is required.

High precision and stable quality
By incorporating a high-precision, high-speed laser marker into the line, real-time marking (printing) can be achieved within the manufacturing process. In conjunction with our separate loader, this reduces the man-hours required for setting up circuit boards. This saves manpower and improves efficiency, significantly reducing the burden on the workplace.
