This is a dedicated machine for inspecting DIP soldering on castings weighing over 10 kg and circuit boards assembled in custom-made jigs.
During inspection, the board barcode is read and the results are sent to the Catchsystem.
After the inspection is complete, the barcode is automatically read on the downstream conveyor and the Cs-Repair inspection results are displayed.
The defective parts and actual products can be checked on the monitor above the conveyor, allowing for re-evaluation.

This is a custom-made model that supports a wide size of 1200mm.

Stand-alone DIP solder underside inspection device
This is a stand-alone inspection device that allows you to set the workpiece as is after point soldering and inspect it from below.
This is a custom-made device with specifications designed to make cycle times as fast as possible, such as a separate workpiece inlet and outlet after inspection, and a system that allows you to set the next workpiece during inspection and reserve the inspection.
When the inspection starts, the barcode on the board is read, the inspection program is automatically switched, and the barcode is sent to the Catch System.
Since inspection is performed using a dedicated jig, it is suitable for mass production cell lines.

In-line type DIP insertion component inspection and repair work system
Regardless of whether the inspection result is OK or NG, the board is first ejected.
The next board is brought in from upstream and the next inspection begins immediately, which contributes to shortening the takt time.
If the inspection result of the discharged board is OK, it can go directly to the next process, but if it is NG, the OK/NG judgment can be made while viewing the NG detection point on the monitor, or a visual inspection can be carried out on the conveyor.
If the product is actually defective, we can correct the inserted parts on the spot.
This system can reliably detect and correct component defects before the soldering process.

Higher-level system communication
It responds to factory-specific specifications, such as receiving a designated code from a host system, automatically switching inspection programs, and sending results to the host system when inspection is complete.

Linking with visual support devices
It can be operated in conjunction with a visual inspection support device manufactured by Hitachi Giken Co., Ltd. The results of defects detected by our AOI are sent to the visual inspection support device, which then automatically moves the camera to display the defective location.
