Model: MCV intermediate conveyor
An intermediate conveyor with a simple design.
Automatic changeover of conveyor width is possible in conjunction with the inspection machine, contributing to shortening the time required for changeover.

Model: MCV Worker conveyor
Equipped with an openable work table in front of the conveyor, it receives a signal from the inspection machine and stops the defective board on the work conveyor, allowing you to check for defective boards.
For example, it can be installed before reflow, and any mounting defects detected by the inspection machine can be visually confirmed and repaired on the spot. Equipped with a safety cover (with interlock) and a patrol light.

Model: MED Separate Loader
This is a compact separate loader that allows bare boards to be directly stacked.
Since it uses an elevator system instead of a suction pad, there is no need to adjust the position of the suction pad, which contributes to shortening work time.
It can be used in conjunction with a loader in pass mode.

Smooth integration with inspection machines
Our conveyor solutions achieve optimal integration with inspection equipment. They automate everything from product transport to setup changes, reducing the burden on workers and contributing to improved throughput of the entire inspection line. It is also possible to operate a traceability system by identifying boards on the conveyor (by reading barcodes and QR codes), automatically switching inspection programs, and linking inspection results.
