What is CatchSystem?
This is a traceability system equipped with the functions required at production sites.
By compiling and analyzing the inspection results of the visual inspection equipment, we can understand the operating status of each device installed on the line, which makes it possible to reduce defects and improve production quality.
In addition to checking images of good/defective products, the judge's judgment results and defect types can be saved on the server and can be compiled and output later.
Software Configuration
CatchSystem consists of four pieces of software.
CS-Center (includes CS-Watch) / CS-Repair / CS-Analyzer Users can choose the implementation that best suits their operations.
CS-Center, which acts as a server, is essential; it is software that collects inspection data from visual inspection equipment, laser markers, etc. and stores it in a database.
One CS-Center (server software) can connect to up to five inspection devices.

You can switch between displaying good/bad/over-detected parts. You can instantly retrieve the results by reading the barcode printed on the PCB. You can recheck NG parts in a location separate from the inspection machine and keep a record of repairs.
By having other departments review the judgments of the inspection machine operators, it is possible to double-check for oversights. This software is essential for improving the management system for defective products.
For example, you can extract only a specific symbol on a board and display the images taken during inspection in chronological order. Checking the situation before and after a defect occurs helps prevent product outflows.
In addition, when inspecting before and after reflow, the cause of defects can be easily identified and resolved by comparing the results (up to four processes can be compared). A traceability system can be established by checking image data.
Features
After the data has been collected, it can be graphed or exported in CSV format.
It is also possible to extract all defects within a specified period, collect and save images, and output in CSV format, which can be used for daily production reports.
