It collects all information from visual inspection equipment and establishes traceability in production management. It consists of four pieces of software.

Inspection data for inspection machines can be created using only a computer.
While the inspection machine is in use, you can create the next inspection data or fine-tune the inspection data, and edit the data without stopping the inspection machine. Also, NG images detected by the inspection machine are automatically saved, allowing for real-time debugging on the OLT. It can also be used as a spare PC for the inspection machine, so we recommend installing it at the same time as the inspection machine.

- The main camera can read various barcodes.
- QR, Data Matrix, C39, and C128 are supported as standard.
- *Micro QR and interleaved 2 of 5 require a high-performance barcode add-in.
■ Switching inspection programs
- The inspection program can be switched by reading the sign barcode before inspection using a handheld barcode reader connected to a PC.
- This function is included as standard, but a handheld barcode reader is required separately.
- *Automatic program switching via external communication is an option.
■ Consistency with test results
- Test results can be managed by linking them to barcodes.

Even if variations in laser printing quality make it difficult to read slight blurs or other marks using a regular barcode decoder, adding a high-performance barcode add-in will significantly improve reading accuracy.
By installing it in CatchSystem, you can read up to five devices with high accuracy. It also enables you to read micro QR codes, which are not supported by the standard.
