Desktop types
A desktop type that can easily handle small-lot, multi-product inspections.
The installation method is simple and can flexibly accommodate changes to the factory layout.
We also offer a dedicated stand (optional), which can solve the problem of selecting a table.
- Choose from M size (350 x 250 mm) or L size (550 x 550 mm)
- Supports both SMT and DIP inspection
- The M22X achieves high-speed inspection by driving the inspection head and substrate table separately.
- The U22X inspection head moves in the XY direction and does not move the board, making it ideal for inspecting inserted components before flow soldering and for heavy boards.

Features 01
High image quality and high resolution
It has a field of view of 36mm x 30mm and a 15μm telecentric lens, making it suitable for inspecting chips up to 0402mm in size.

Laser height measurement detects floating parts.
Even the slightest floating defect of inserted parts will not be overlooked. Floating defects of connectors can be inspected in 0.1mm increments.

Optional angle camera that covers the target area from eight directions
・High-precision confirmation of chip components, lead lifting, and soldering conditions is possible using angle camera images.
・Supports automatic inspection using angle camera images
・Even for inspection objects that are in blind spots when viewed from above, visual inspection can be set using an angle camera.
・Instead of the usual four at 90-degree intervals, eight are mounted at 45-degree intervals, enabling inspection with images from the optimal angle without being affected by adjacent parts.
・As an alternative to visual inspection using a magnifying glass, the board can be inspected from eight directions on the spot without removing it from the inspection machine.
・By connecting to the CatchSystem (optional), angle camera images can be saved for traceability.

Offset jig (optional)
Even if the shape is difficult to set with a normal board carrier, such as uneven boards after division, boards with cutouts, or protruding connectors, the offset jig can be used to flexibly accommodate a variety of shapes. *This is an option for desktop machines only.

CatchSystem
The results obtained from the inspection are saved in a database and can be checked using images. By aggregating and analyzing the accumulated data, it is possible to understand the operating status of each device, reduce defects, and improve production quality.
The Catch System collects all information from inspection equipment and establishes traceability in production management.
* Separate Windows PC required
Offline Teaching
Inspection data can be created without stopping the inspection equipment. Inspection data can be created offline on the same screen as the inspection equipment.
Immediately after inspection, defective images are automatically saved, allowing debugging work to be performed on the OLT (not applicable to the X02W).
It can also be used for in-house training purposes.
*A separate PC equivalent to the inspection machine is required.
