Product Introduction
Visual inspection at the manufacturing site raises the risk of defective products being shipped out and makes it difficult to ensure traceability of inspection results. Inspection after casing poses problems with workpiece installation space and clearance. Even if you install a robot and camera in-house, it takes time to set up the equipment. The i22X series is an inspection system that can solve these problems.
- Tabletop model that can be combined with three robot sizes and four lighting types
- Intuitive operation is possible using inspection software without the need for a teaching pendant
- Equipped with a standard Z-axis, the focus can be adjusted to capture optimal images of assembled three-dimensional objects.
- The i22XDA-300 is equipped with a two-way angle camera and a turn stage that allows workpiece rotation.

A compact desktop type that can easily handle small-lot, multi-product inspections.
Any inspection template can be used with the higher-end model and common software.
The jig must be prepared by the user, so please prepare it according to the workpiece.
As an option, we offer a base plate jig and, for circuit boards, a "rail jig for circuit boards."
- Ideal for inspecting the appearance after casing and inspecting units incorporating circuit boards
- DIP insertion inspection of tall components and solder surface inspection of small mass-produced boards are also possible.
- The i22XDA-300 is equipped with a two-way angle camera, allowing for oblique inspection. In addition, the 2° horizontally rotating turntable allows for multi-angle inspection.

We offer a direct robot type that maintains the same inspection performance as the conventional i22X. The robot, control PC, and inspection software are all included in one set.
The robot stroke can be selected from 300mm, 400mm, or 500mm. *Please contact us separately for custom strokes.

Selectable lighting depending on the inspection purpose
Lighting can be selected according to the inspection purpose.
・DL lighting can be used for component inspection, and side red lighting can be used for character inspection and solder inspection.
・ML lighting uses RGB 3-level lighting to colorize fillet shapes and capture images, making it ideal for solder inspection.
・W lighting is ideal for simple inspections such as component inspection, character inspection, and color differences.
・UV lighting is specialized for inspecting moisture-proof coatings containing fluorescent agents

Teaching pendant-less
Three-axis drive: X, Y, and Z.
Operation commands can be easily given by clicking and dragging the mouse.

It is possible to attach your own jig to the Y jig table. Jigs are not included. Please prepare your own jig according to the workpiece.

Safety cover with area sensor (optional)
The area is surrounded by an acrylic cover and an area sensor is installed at the workpiece removal port.

CatchSystem
The results obtained from the inspection are saved in a database and can be checked using images. By aggregating and analyzing the accumulated data, it is possible to understand the operating status of each device, reduce defects, and improve production quality.
The Catch System collects all information from inspection equipment and establishes traceability in production management.

Offline Teaching
Inspection data can be created without stopping the inspection equipment. Inspection data can be created offline on the same screen as the inspection equipment.
Immediately after inspection, defective images are automatically saved, allowing debugging work to be performed on the OLT (not applicable to the X02W).
It can also be used for in-house training purposes.
*A separate PC equivalent to the inspection machine is required.
