We can meet short delivery times with integrated production from various harness processing to control unit assembly.
We specialize in high-precision assembly of mechanical units. After assembling the harness, control unit, and mechanical unit, we install them in the device body, make final adjustments, and then ship them. We can also handle the assembly of various individual units.

We work with multiple domestic partner factories to manufacture wire harnesses that meet customer needs, from small-lot production of a wide variety of products to mass production.

At our domestic partner factories, skilled craftsmen have established advanced processing techniques for each process of sheet metal parts processing (design, punching, bending, welding, painting, assembly, etc.). By performing punching, bending, welding, painting, and assembly in-house, we are able to provide feedback on areas for improvement at the initial punching and bending process, leading to a higher quality production system.
By introducing the latest equipment and quickly incorporating technologies that were not possible with older equipment, we are able to produce more advanced, high-quality parts than anywhere else.

ICT (In-Circuit Tester) and FCT (Functional Tester) are both electrical testing methods used to ensure the quality of electronic circuit boards.

[ICT]
Electrical testing can be used to test individual components on a board, such as resistors, capacitors, transistors, and ICs. It can also detect improper component installation and incorrect polarity.
This is an inspection to ensure that the mounted board is the same as a non-defective product.

[FCT]
FCT checks the PCB for shorts and opens, and verifies that the circuit and the board as a whole are functioning normally without any defects or malfunctions.
FCT is also a key step in PCB quality control, and is usually performed after the welding process.

【Visual examination】
This is an inspection method in which the mounted components and the state of soldering are directly checked by human eyes, and skilled craftsmen detect defective soldering, missing or incorrectly mounted components, incorrect polarity or orientation, loose or deformed leads, and prevent the outflow of defective products.
Those who pass the national certification system and the in-house certification system are administered.

Packaging work in EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) is carried out to ensure safe transportation and storage while maintaining the quality of the product.
Protects products from static electricity, damage, moisture, etc.
Anti-Static: We ship our products in ESD (electrostatic discharge) bags, anti-static foam, and bubble wrap to prevent damage to your product.
We can also create conductive trays, packaging boxes, etc. to meet your packaging specifications.
