We have established a unique system for improving quality in both manufacturing and inspection by introducing various inspection equipment, including our own high-precision AOI equipment and 3D SPI and AXI, into our production lines.
By utilizing our manufacturing know-how in the design of inspection equipment, we have built an effective inspection system that is more suited to the actual site.We have also introduced AXI equipment offline, and are working to create processes that prevent defects from being passed on to the next process.
Even when a defect occurs, it is possible to identify the extent of the impact and take pinpoint measures, contributing to preventing recurrence and improving quality. We believe that ensuring traceability is an essential element in building relationships of trust with customers.
